We will send your items tracked, so you can follow up and know when your purchase will be delivered! We will update you with the tracking number as soon as we can. All shipping prices are calculated at the checkout.

Please note: It is the customers responsibility to pay for all custom duties that may occur.

At Crochet UK, we take pride in creating each yarn cake with love and care, ensuring that every skein is of the highest quality.

Please be aware that because all our yarn cakes are handmade, the process can sometimes take longer than our standard processing times. While we strive to ship orders promptly, it's possible that it may take longer than the usual 7 working days for your yarn to be shipped.

Refunds.

We will replace or refund yarn cakes/accessories provided they are returned to us within 30 days of delivery and in an unused condition, still in the original packaging complete tags and labels in place.

​

Exempt from returns are the ‘Design your own yarn cakes’ and the ‘Mystery yarn cakes’ unless they have a manufacturing fault. We will only replace items ‘like for like’.

​

Any bespoke orders of yarn cakes are non-refundable unless a manufacturing fault is to be found. All refunds must be agreed by Crochet UK before any refunds can be made. Any requests of any refunds in any way, shape or form must be made to Crochet UK within seven working days of delivery.

 

Postage.

Crochet UK cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or delay of any of our products or services that are not in our control. All items are posted in suitable packaging and sent via ‘Royal Mail’ tracked/signed for, ‘Parcelforce’ or ‘DPD’. All return costs are not the responsibility of Crochet UK unless agreed otherwise.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for all custom duties that may occur.

Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery. Returns will only be accepted and processed if returned in original packaging and in a saleable state. We reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if the item has been handled in a way which would cause damage in any way, shape, or form.

 

Cancelations.

Orders of our ‘pre-designed’ yarn cakes or accessories can be cancelled at any time before the items are dispatched. Once the items have been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the items at the purchaser’s own cost (referring to returns policy) to Crochet UK.

Crochet UK will not refund bespoke orders such as ‘Design your own yarn cakes’ unless a manufacturing default has been found.

Crochet UK reserves the right to cancel orders without any reason or explanation.
